Kerwin Espinosa, who previously arrested for being alleged as one of the profiled drug lord, attended the Senate hearing to give testimonies about the Philippine drug trade and the personalities involved on Wednesday.
Espinosa named and confirmed some personalities and one of it is the Singaporean business magnate Peter Lim, upon answering Senator Manny Pacquiao's question if Lim was also a drug lord in Visayas.
According Espinosa, he met Lim through the late Jeffrey "Jaguar" Diaz who he claimed the drug lord recruited him in the drug trade. However, Espinosa claimed that he is not a drug lord but just a "distributor".
Sen. Pacquiao also asked Espinosa if the Lim he is talking about was the same person as the owner of Hilton Trucks in Cebu City and that of the one surrendered himself to President Rodrigo Duterete.
Peter Lim surrendered himself to President Duterete after his name was announced to the public among the highly profiled drug lords in the Philippines last July 8.
