President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday met with representatives of the Russian Federation headed by Nikolay Patrushev where they spoke about matters regarding national security and resistance.
President Duterte also stressed his desire to offer friendship initiated on equality as he welcomed the Russian safety council on Thursday, February 16, Davao City. .
