Trisha, a Filipino transgender girl, suddenly dies while being crowned as a winner in a beauty pageant. Her last wish was to be dressed as a different icon on each night of her wake, but her conservative family members wants to bury her as a man because they believe that he is. Trisha's friends are left with no choice but to steal her dead body and hold the wake in a secret location, only a few new. And as Trisha is set to look like different icons, they also look back at the colorful and extraordinary life that she had - being a sister, a son, a friend, a mother, a wife, a lover, and a queen.
