Written by Max Borensein, John Gatins, Dan Gilroy and Derek Connolly. Starring Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, John C. Reilly, Jason Goodman, Brie Larson, Jing Tian, Corey Hawkins, Jason Mitchel, Thomas Mann, John Ortiz, Shea Whigham, Eugene Cordero, Toby Kebbel and Terry Notary will play the character of Kong.. Though Michael Keaton and J. K. Simmons left due to schedule conflict they have managed to construct a fantastic cast.
In September 2015, Legendary Kong: Skull Island form Universal to Warner Bros which cause the media to speculations that Godzilla and King Kong will appear in a film together. October 2015, Legendary confirmed that King Kong and Godzilla will join together in Godzilla vs Kong, set for a 2020 release date.
Plot Summary: When a scientific journey to an unknown island awakens a titanic force of nature, a mission of discovery becomes an explosive war between monster and man. This will reveal the untold story of how Kong became King.
On December 12 2014, the release date moved from November 4, 2016 to March 10, 2017. It is planned to release in 3D and IMAX 3D.
