A 70-year old American and his live-in partner were arrested in Albay for allegedly selling illegal drugs.
As part of Duterte Administration's war against drugs campaign Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted an operation in Barangay San Rafael sa Guinobatan, Albay which busted the 70-year old Martin Tinker and his 13 years live-in partner Gracia Openiano.
PDEA recovered 7 plastic sachet of suspected "shabu" with estimated worth of P 400,00 in Martin and Gracia's apartment where they are arrested. The couple were monitored since August said by PDEA.
Openiano's friend, Joan Fabricante was also arrested as she was in the apartment during the raid. Fabricante was believed to be the courier or possibly the supplier of illegal drugs
The 70-year old american denied all the allegations pressed to him while his live-in partner Openiano admitted that both of them are using prohibited drugs.
Martin Tinker grew up in Massachusetts, USA and became a resident of Albay for already 6 years.
