President Rodrigo Duterte has cautioned world leaders not to
call him out amid the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) pioneers'
meeting in Peru or he will address them about the "bfiner points of
civilization."
"I don't know kung anong pag-usapan namin dito. Pero
pag nagkamali na naman silang, energy nila makaisa, nagpraktis na ako.
Makatikim talaga sila sa associated. What's more, I will address on them the
better purposes of human progress," Duterte said in his pre-flight
discourse at the Davao International Airport on Thursday.
"Huwag niyong solohin 'yung kapangyarihan niyo. Kayo
lang parating tigas eh, kaya lang, you debilitate us as though we are your
workers. I'm the President of the Philippines. I'm not their President. I
couldn't care less. I don't care at all," he included.
The President has gotten worldwide judgment for his severe
crackdown on unlawful drugs and alleged human rights violations.
World pioneers including United States President Barack
Obama, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Canadian
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe are
required to go to the Apec meeting.
Amid his first global appearance at Association of Southeast
Asian Nations (Asean) summit in Laos in September, Duterte astonished his
kindred pioneers after he demonstrated to them a picture portraying brutality
against Filipinos amid the US conciliation battle in Western Mindanao toward
the start of the most recent century.
Duterte, known for his obscenity bound addresses, has over
and over pummeled the United States, the European Union and the United Nations
for scrutinizing him on his war on drugs.
However, in his pre-flight speech, the President said his
participation to the Apec "will be guided only by the best interest of the
people."
