Duterte's Kitchen Feeds the Homeless for Free

Duterte's Kitchen was recently launched in Cubao by House Speaker Pantaleon ‘Bebot’ Alvares and PDP-Laban. This project aims to feed the homeless especially street children for free.
In a meeting attended by the leaders of the PDP-Laban, Senate President Aquilino ‘Koko’ Pimentel III and Department of Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi, Alvarez came up with the idea thus the project was put up.

The Duterte's Kitchen and its volunteers aim to feed 50 to 70 street children 3 times a day with nutritious meals.

Together with the feeding project, a family center section was put up to give the children the opportunity to learn new things where they are being taught how to read.

In addition, it's not only the street children who benefit the project but also the inmates in Quezon City, where the volunteers of Duterte's Kitchen donated rice porridge for the inmates of QCPD Station 7 last month.

PDP-Laban plans to expand Duterte's Kitchen not only in Metro Manila but in different parts of Philippines to help more people in need.

Meanwhile, you can also lend a hand and be a part of Duterte's Kitchen project by becoming a volunteer. If you are interested ,visit them in Cubao between MRT Cubao and Farmer’s Plaza.
