The Miss Universe is known for its allure and style, and seeing the outfits is one of my most loved parts. In any case, one hopeful brings an impact to me (and the group) — Miss Philippines' 2017 Miss Universe outfits were so excellent, and it helped that the group was obviously pulling for her.
Miss Philippines, Maxine Medina, had the home court advantage at the 2017 Miss Universe event, which was held at the Mall of Asia in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. The whole country is fully supporting Medina, who on the off chance that she wins will bring home the crown for the Philippines for the second year in series.
The fans in the Philippines was clearly eager about having this contest hosted in their country this year, and Medina seemed like such a great image of their country. Medina is a model and interior designer, and she devotes her free time to causes she cares about, like eliminating childhood cancer and supporting Operation: Smile.
Medina obviously felt confident on the stage, and it showed each time she was representing the entire Philippines. She exhibited her identity with splendid outfits, beginning with a lovely pink outfit for the opening.
After answering the question “What is the most significant change you’ve seen in the world in the last 10 years?” she answered “The last 10 years of being here in the world is that I saw all the people being in one event like this in Miss Universe, and it’s something big to us that we are one, as one nation, we are all together.”
