De Lima wants to dismiss three cases against her


Charged Sen. Leila de Lima is still battling the authorities on three drug cases filed against her in three separate Muntinlupa Regional Trial Courts.

Three lady judges have been entrusted to deal with the drug trafficking charges against Senator de Lima for her asserted inclusion in the nation's drug exchange, taking after the pool of the medication cases at the Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court (RTC) yesterday.

In an instant message to journalists, Department of Justice (DoJ) Undersecretary Erickson Balmes said Muntinlupa RTC Branch 204 Judge Juanita Guerrero, Branch 205 Judge Amelia Fabros-Corpuz and Branch 206 Judge Patria Manalastas-de Leon have been entrusted to deal with the drug cases against De Lima

Senator de Lima yesterday, soon after the wagering of her three cases asked the three courts in Muntinlupa City to reject the bodies of evidence recorded by the DoJ against her regarding the illicit drug exchange inside the New Bilibid Prison. De Lima's main media officer, Ferdie Maglalang was cited as saying that the senator documented movements to suppress, hold in suspension the issuance of a warrant of capture, and for legal assurance of reasonable justification.
